Life with a four year old little boy is quite an adventure. He is full of genius genes. He think of unusual ways to use ordinary items I never would have thought of. He has his own set of Rules he lives by. For example:
"If you smash Moms' makeup powder on the bathroom floor- you can slide really easily, and mascara is a great painbrush with paint attached. "
"Forks are not for food- but for poking your sisters."
" Locks should never keep anything locked, so simply break them with any "tool" you can find"."
"If you fall- get right back up again!"
"ALWAYS be the one who knows where the phone is, where the car keys are, Dad's I-Pod, and where a sisters' favorite toy is.. you may need to hide them yourself to assure this."
Today he rode his little bike to the school to pick up Brooklyn. His tiny legs were pumping so fast it was just so darn cute- he would squeal and say "Yahoo!" But, he really really wants a big boy bike for his birthday so he can go really fast like the girls. He fell three times (once right over the top of his handle bars!) He just got right back up and said "I'm great!". We can't decide whether he will be an engineer or a lawyer someday. Last week he told me :(while sitting in "Time Out")
"Mom - you are NOT my real mom!"
"Oh? How come"
"REAL Moms don't put their kids in time out"
"Where is your real mommy then?"
"Well, If you let me out- then I will call you my real mommy"
So, I let him out of time out because I am a real mommy- then I made him take a nap instead because I am a real mommy :)
It is getting close to spring and Kindergarten Registration for next year. Oh- how I will miss my little man when He goes to school with the girls- I hope his teacher can handle it :)
Once the camera comes out- the girls say- Take my picture too!
Doesn't she look great?! She now weight 37 pounds!
Here are my little engineers working in the yard :) We made them a PVC Pipe set for christmas. We cut the 1" pipe into small sections and then got all then different "connectors". It took tanner about three seconds to figure out how to make a really long stick to hit things with (The TV, lights, The Girls) - so it is now an outdoor toy ONLY!

What a FUNNY Commentary! You are quite gifted, there is no doubt.
The Tanner Man is more and more a Character, for sure.
