Someone finally bought a cake!... well sort of. They offered a trade actually. Another seller on the Etsy site makes jewerly. So I made her a cake and she is sending me two cute pairs of earrings... She wanted Cream and Chocolate... I thought it turned out really cute! Over the weekend I found a punch to make the edges of paper look like dripping...anything. In this case it is now Frosting! As soon as I bought it the next monday they were on sale for half off. It seems Hobby Lobby has me on Radar and everytime I buy something they mark it to put it on sale the next week. Either way..Ilove the new icing!

Our Mole still has not left...in fact I think he now has a family. WE put out the granuals and we won't see anything for a few days and then the mounds and ridges start popping up all over again. He also decided that if he makes multiple holes then when we flood it- the water just comes out the next closest hole. So in desperation we now have a lethal trap (sorry to anyone offended by that) But the mole has GOT to GO! Looks scary huh? We actually haven't got the mole yet because we have to keep it WELL AWAY from Tanner, which means we go out late at night and set it up and the next morning we take it down. Or we lock him in the house! wish us luck!

Cristine's class went on a field trip to a park called 7 Acre Woods. It is a really cute park with lots of activities like a petting zoo with goats, lamas and ponies, miniature golf (we found my kids are simply not golfers...fun to watch them, but don't expect a career ;) )volleyball, and even a small zip line. Cristine loved the zip line! Brooklyn was very brave and went down it twice! Poor Cristine decided it wasn't fun when the handle hit her in the mouth and cut her lip.

Does it get any cuter than a little boy with a horse? all he needs is a cowboy hat. He was upset the horse"bit him" though. It really just sniffed his hair.

Through me you pass into the city of woe:
Through me you pass into eternal pain:
Through me among the people lost for aye.

Eternal, and eternal I endure.
