A "How to" story...

Have I mentioned lately how creative my kids are? Cristine had a homework assignment this week to write a "How to" story.  She needed to include the words: First, Next, Then, and finally.

She sat at the table giggling with her arm wrapped around her centerpiece... my grandpa would say she looked like a skunk eating onions.  Soon she was ready to reveal her secret project... here is what she wrote: (with her cute spelling too)

How to make your Mom yell at you

It is hard to make your Mom yell at you. First, you throw chairs in the air.  Then, you throw rocks at the walls, Next, you jump up and screm. Finily, you pull on the doors.

When she was in kindergarten she made an alphabet book. The Letter M said Mom and she had drawn a cute picture of me. Then I turned the page to the letter N. It said My Mom says NO! And it showed a picture of me with a mouth full of sharp teeth.

Isn't she soo sweet !:)

How cute. At least she said that it's hard to make mom mad at you, right?

How funny! Don't Kids say the darnest things sometimes. My Boys are the same way. Corbin draws interesting pictures with stories about our family a lot too. I always wonder what his Teacher is thinking about it later.
